A proof of concept short film following Owen Manning as he ventures down the backwaters of the Niangua River to find his brother, Ollie Manning, who is suspected of committing the murder of a corrupt business tycoon. Eyes are everywhere, especially the family of the man Ollie supposedly killed who are out for blood.
