American market research firm Antenna claims the streaming service Netflix suffered a surge in cancellations in the days after its co-founder and chairman, Reed Hastings, endorsed Kamala Harris for president and donated to her campaign.
Mr Hastings endorsed Ms Harris on July 22, and according to Antenna, four days later, Netflix suffered its worst day of the year for cancellations, on July 26.
Netflix hasn't commented on this research, but it will post its profit results in mid-October.
